Basic Property Rental (no programming included)

25 & under $600 | 30-70 $800 | 75-100+ $1000
Weekend and Holidays may have premium rates.
- Total of 5 hours for dinners, parties, etc
- Total of 8 hours for corporate meetings/retreats
- Use of the facility buildings and shelters
- TV/DVD player if needed, easels, overhead projector, wireless internet access
- Indoor seating for 100+ guests for meals or meetings
- Use of outdoor pavilion for picnicking
- Hiking Trails
- Sport fields, hockey rink and basketball courts
- Fishing - bring your own equipment
- Shuttle bus from overflow parking lot
- Use of a golf cart to assist with any physical limitations
- Director of Programming assistance in planning your event
Mountainside may have more than one event on the property at a time, depending on the size of each event.

Transportation
The Bar-T Mountainside Challenge and Retreat Center is happy to arrange transportation to and from a convenient pickup point for your group. The charge is $150 per bus (maximum capacity 66) for destinations under 25 mile
