Teens

The Bar-Teens Program was designed to provide more variety and choice to our older campers. Available to 6-8th graders, the Teen program is based out of our Ranch and Mountainside camps with dedicated staff and resources committed to ensuring a positive camp experience for each of our older campers.

Ranch Teen Program

The Ranch Teen Program will utilize the Ranch and Waredaca to deliver a traditional, outdoor camp experience that is tailored to the older camper who is looking to provide more input into his/her daily schedule, have a greater array of activity choices and enjoy special events reserved just for the Teens.  The Ranch Teen Program is perfect for campers who love the Ranch and are not interested in the out-of-camp trips that are a part of our Mountainside Teen Program.

Mountainside Teen Program

In addition to the benefits outlined above, our Mountainside teens will enjoy a special event each Tuesday, such as a trip, cookout, or paintball at no additional cost. Each Thursday, Mountainside teens have the choice of an optional trip to exciting locations like Kings Dominion, Biking the C&O Canal, and Tubing on Harper's Ferry. In order to stay longer at these exciting locales, the teens sleep over at Mountainside in our Yurts on Thursdays. We are busy planning our trips for the upcoming summer and will post more information in the coming weeks.

Session Dates, Weekly Special Events & Thursday Trips

The Teen Program runs at Mountainside and the Ranch for the first eight weeks of summer.  We are still working on our Weekly Special Events and Thursday Trips...so please check back soon for an update.

Pricing

Our rates are dependent upon the number of weeks that you attend & optional Thursday trips/overnights are extra.  Please see the Dates & Rates section under the Ranch or Mountainside for pricing information.
