Bar-T Ranch

My son thinks that Bar-T is better than anything else...even his birthday! He counts the days to summer and even got his cousin to go to camp as well!!

I truly love Bar-T and don't think there is a camp in the area that compares. My kids have gone to both the Ranch and Mountainside and I think you guys know how to make it great for the kids every summer. It is definitely the best camp to prepare kids for sleepaway camps. We can't wait for next summer!

I was a little apprehensive about this summer. My son had such an amazing time last summer that I thought he might be disappointed this year if it didn't measure up. Needless to say, this summer has been just as amazing, if not more so. I think the staff is outstanding. I was impressed on visiting day to see so many counselors from last summer. It is a testament to the fact that Bar-T is not only a great place to be a camper, but also a great place to work.

My son attended another outdoor camp last year and we did not get nearly the same reaction out of him as we have this year. He has had such a great time that he can't wait to go back next summer!

Bar-T Mountainside

I was really happy with how safety was such a priority (esp. swimming). My son can't swim yet and I was worried about pool time, but the staff was so careful and had such good procedures in place that I didn't worry at all after the first few days. I was also impressed with how they encouraged the kids to try new things (ropes, zip lines, etc.) that they may have been apprehensive about.  My son gained so much confidence from his time at camp.

This is our first summer here at Bar-T. My expectations were set very high and you met all of them! Great job Bar-T staff. I am so impressed with how well everything was organized, how friendly every single staff member was and how happy my son was when he came home every day.

Your staff is second to none -- it is magical how you find such supportive and enthusiastic people.  Everyone is so incredibly friendly and helpful.  GREAT GREAT role models for the kids!

My son loved Mountainside so much we switched two of his weeks from another camp to Mountainside when we saw how much he missed it. I can't believe all the new things he tried and experienced.  He'll definitely be back next year! 

Bar-T Kids Camp

My daughter had a very bad experience at her previous summer camp and was somewhat nervous about attending Bar-T. The staff at Kids Camp was very aware of her needs and went out of their way to make her feel welcome and comfortable. She had a great time and is already 'planning' for next summer.
