JLIT Application

If you would like to apply for a JLIT position, please fill out the application found below. Interviews will be held Thursday, April 28th from 5-6pm at Ranch and Mountainside. Applicants must attend an interview on one of those dates. Applicants must be entering 9th grade or above. The fee is $1000 for the Summer (up to 10 weeks).   • The tuition for the JLIT program is $1000 for the Summer. While we ask JLITs to participate in as many weeks as possible, but understand that there are scheduled vacations, etc. Note: The selections here are not binding, it just gives us an idea and helps us plan.   • I understand that this is a volunteer position and I will not be paid. I understand that this position is a commitment and, if accepted, I will be expected to work each camp day. I understand that hours worked as a JLIT are not accepted as student service learning hours according to MCPS Policy. I also understand that if accepted, my position with Bar-T will end the last day of the session for which I am scheduled. I have read and understand the details and responsibilities outlined in the attached letter. I understand that this is an application only and does not guarantee a position for the summer.
