Kids Club Tuition, Scholarships, & Discounts

Every family’s needs are unique, so we’ve designed our program to have a variety of options when it comes to the days and times you’d like your child to attend. From full time care where your child joins us every morning and afternoon to drop-in care when you need it, we’ve got you covered.

We understand that care for your child is a financial investment that families make and we do not take that lightly. Tuition is a topic that is routinely found on our leadership’s agenda and we have multiple meetings a year that are solely dedicated to discussing our rates and how we can provide affordable care at the high standard that we hold ourselves to. Enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year opens online on Wednesday, March 4 at 9:00 AM.
Families can register online at registration.bar-t.com when enrollment opens.

At that time, our registration system will transition to the upcoming school year. Families interested in enrolling for the current school year may still do so as space permits by emailing help@bar-t.com.

Do you qualify for Free and Reduced Meals (FARMs)? If so, you may be eligible for a 20% discount on our programs by applying for childcare subsidies and providing proof of your FARMs qualification. SCHOOL PROGRAM DISCOUNTS

• In addition to the 20% discount to all families who qualify for Free and Reduced Meals (FARMs) listed above, we also accept vouchers from the Maryland Child Care Scholarship (CCS) (formerly known as Child Care Subsidy) Program. This program provides financial assistance with child care costs to eligible working families in Maryland. 92% of our Bar-T Families that have applied for vouchers end up being able to come to Bar-T for FREE!
• All Full-time Public School Employees receive a 25% discount per family for school-age care and 10% for early childhood and pre-kindergarten programs. Teachers who need care exclusively during monthly faculty meetings are provided care for free.

• Active Military and First Responder Discount is 10% per family.
• Sibling Discount is 10% for each additional member of your household.
• Employee Discounts are based on years of service.
• Lock box discount: If your child(ren) are enrolled in a monthly plan and you send payments to our lockbox at the below address in the form of a check, we will provide you with a $10 discount per child, per month.

APPLYING FOR CHILD CARE SUBSIDIES

* WPA Minimum Annual Income for family sizes greater than eight are not provided.  Contact the Working Parents Assistance Program (240-777-1177) for assistance.

**WPA Maximum Annual Income – Teen parents and non-parent custodians on the Working Parents Assistance Program  (WPA) will have $5,000 deducted from their annual gross income for each child enrolled in child care;  if you applied for WPA subsidy and your income falls at or below the applicable minimum income, you must then apply for the State of Maryland Child Care Scholarship Program (SCCSP).

***Families must be employed 25 hours per week or participate in an undergraduate or vocational program full time, or participate in a combination of both work and school.
