Kids Camp Dates & Rates
Bar-T is pleased to offer our Kids Camp programs in week-long sessions to help ensure that we are able to meet all of your family’s summer needs and your busy schedule. Although single weeks are available, we believe that the Bar-T camp experience is most complete when enjoyed in increments of two or more weeks!

Pricing
The rate for one week at Kids Camp is $285.
Extended Day options are available at all Kids Camps. Morning Extended Care opens at 7:00am and is $70/week. Afternoon Extended Care closes at 6:30pm and is $90/week.

Registration FAQs
Withdrawal and Enrollment Changes
Changes and cancellations to summer camp plans can be made without penalty through May 15th, 2026. After May 15th, a 50% refund will be issued for Bar-T Summer Camp cancellations made. Cancellations will also result in forfeiture of the $50.00 non-refundable portion of your deposit. No tuition adjustments will be made for missed sick days and no refunds will be given.
There are no fees for exchanging weeks or adding additional weeks of camp to your family’s registration and Bar-T is happy to accommodate these requests, at any time, provided that we have availability in the week(s) you wish to add.
